1. How Do I Choose the Right Size Light?

For PAR56 lamps, we offer 40W and 60W options, each having a 7-inch diameter and height and a weight of 2 lbs. The 40W light is equivalent to a 300W PAR Halogen bulb, and the 60W is comparable to a 500W PAR Halogen bulb. For larger spaces, our PAR64 lamp, a 100W option, measures 8 inches in diameter, 7.6 inches in height, and weighs 2.2 lbs, equating to a 1000W PAR Halogen bulb.

3. What are the Color Temperature Options Available?

Our lamps are available in two color temperatures: 3000k, which provides a warm light, and 5000k, similar to daylight.

4. What Beam Angle Should I Choose?

We offer three beam angles:

  • A 25° narrow flood beam for precise, focused illumination.
  • A 40° flood beam for balanced, general lighting.
  • A 120° wide flood beam for broad, ambient lighting.

5. What is the Lifespan of the Lotus Lamp?

The Lotus Lamp has an impressive lifespan ranging from 50,000 to 60,000 hours. The exact duration can vary depending on the ambient temperature where it’s installed.

6. What Power Connection Options are Compatible with the Lotus Lamp?

The Lotus Lamp can be connected via an E39 Socket for E39 Mogul Base Sockets, a GX16D for internal Par Can connections, or a WC2 for direct wiring into the line. Note: A professional electrician is recommended for installation.

7. Is the Lotus Lamp DLC Listed?

Yes, all the Lotus Lamps are DLC Listed and are Eligible for Utility Rebates, providing greater savings from your energy provider.

8. Is the Lamp Dimmable?

Our lamps are 100% Triac Dimmable, providing versatile lighting control.

9. What Should I Know About Voltage Options?

Our lamps are standard for 120VAC, 50/60Hz use.

10. What is the IP Rating of the Lotus Lamp?

The Lotus Lamp is rated IP65, offering complete protection against dust, contact, and water splashes.

11. Do You Offer International Shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us for assistance.

12. Is There a Warranty on Your Products?

We provide a 5-year manufacturer warranty, highlighting our commitment to quality and durability.

13. What is the Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused: The product should not show any signs of wear or use.
  • In Sellable Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, complete with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
