1. How Do I Choose the Right Size Light?

For PAR56 lamps, we offer Dual Wattage 40W / 60W Model, each having a 7-inch diameter and height and a weight of 2 lbs. The 40W light is equivalent to a 300W PAR Halogen bulb, and the 60W is comparable to a 500W PAR Halogen bulb. For larger spaces, our PAR64 lamp, a 100W / 150W option, measures 8 inches in diameter, 7.6 inches in height, and weighs 2.2 lbs, equating to a 1000W / 1500W PAR Halogen bulb.

3. What are the Color Temperature Options Available?

All of our lamps feature multi-CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) technology, offering three selectable options in one fixture:

  • 3000K – Warm
  • 4000K – Neutral White
  • 5000K – Cool White

4. What Beam Angle Should I Choose?

We offer four beam angles:

  • A  15° a very narrow Spot Beam for very precise, focused illumination.
  • A 25° narrow flood beam for precise, focused illumination.
  • A 40° flood beam for balanced, general lighting.
  • A 120° wide flood beam for broad, ambient lighting.

5. What is the Lifespan of the Lotus Lamp?

The Lotus Lamp has an impressive lifespan ranging from 50,000 to 60,000 hours. The exact duration can vary depending on the ambient temperature where it’s installed.

6. What Power Connection Options are Compatible with the Lotus Lamp?

The Lotus Lamp provides flexibility with several power connection options. The EX39 Mogul Socket is included as a standard component. Users can also utilize the GX16D two-prong socket adapter for direct connection within the PAR can. Furthermore, the Whip Connector enables the lamp to be hardwired; however, installation using this connector must be performed by a professional electrician.

7. What is the CRI of the Lotus Lamp?

The Lotus Lamp boasts an exceptional Color Rendering Index (CRI) of over 90. This is crucial for professional settings like theaters and studio applications, ensuring that artwork, scenes, and products are lit with the most vibrant and true-to-life color perception.

8. Is the Lamp Dimmable?

Yes, the Lotus Lamp is Triac & 0-10VDC Dimmable. 0-100% Smooth Dimming and work with various dimming systems with no flicker, pulse or stepping.

9. What Should I Know About Voltage Options?

The Lotus Lamp is standard with Universal Voltage: 100-277VAC. This means it is ready to be used anywhere in the world without any special configuration.

10. What is the IP Rating of the Lotus Lamp?

The Lotus Lamp is rated IP65, offering complete protection against dust, contact, and water splashes.

11. Do You Offer International Shipping?

We provide a 5-year manufacturer warranty, highlighting our commitment to quality and durability.

13. What is the Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unused: The product should not show any signs of wear or use.
